Bariatric Surgery Center of Excellence

Dignity Health’s Bariatric Surgery Program at Methodist Hospital of Sacramento offers a multidisciplinary, team-centered approach to weight loss surgery. The program has been recognized by the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery (ASMBS) and are accredited by the Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery Accreditation and Quality Improvement Programs (MBSAQIP). In addition, Methodist Hospital of Sacramento is designated as a Blue Distinction Center for Bariatric Surgery by Blue Cross Blue Shield.
