For more than six decades, Mercy Foundation has been partnering with the community to further the mission of the Sisters of Mercy, who have served the Sacramento region since 1857. Together, we help feed the hungry, shelter the homeless, educate the underserved, and care for the sick at Mercy General Hospital, Mercy Hospital of Folsom, Mercy San Juan Medical Center, Methodist Hospital of Sacramento and local Dignity Health clinics. At Dignity Health, our goal is to provide quality health care to our patients. Our volunteers play a very important part in our healing ministry, assisting our staff and providing that "personal touch" to our patients.
