With more than 20 years in health care, Welton is a proven leader that has demonstrated success in initiating culture change through organizational turnaround with a focus on safety, quality and strategic initiatives.

Welton earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Holy Names University in Oakland, California and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from California State University, Hayward.
