Thank you for your interest in our wellness classes, community events, and special programs.

In light of the ongoing developments surrounding Coronavirus, and out of an abundance of caution, Glendale Memorial is cancelling all classes, events and programs until further notice.

This includes:

• 55+ senior lectures and exercise programs
• AARP driving classes
• Breastfeeding classes and support groups

To help you and your family members lead healthy lives, Glendale Memorial offers a variety of educational programs and services. We also offer seminars and CME courses for physicians.

Our educational programs and services cover a variety of topics that include:

• Exercise to the Sounds of the Big Bands: Swing for fitness.
• Health Fit: Achieve and maintain cardiovascular fitness and awareness.

• The Nutrition Program: Nutrition education and counseling on eating better by cooking better.

Classes for Mothers-to-be

We have all the education and information you need as an expectant mother. From breastfeeding classes and support groups to Lamaze classes and infant car seat safety instruction, we are here to support you and your baby as you begin this new season of life.  

• Diabetes in Pregnancy: Preconception, prenatal and postpartum education.
• Maternity Tours: An informational tour about the hospital's maternity program.
