Making Your Professional Goals Happen

The Northridge Hospital RN Residency Program accelerates nursing competency by providing in depth experiences, education and support during the Nurse Residents first year. A competency-based curriculum coupled with trained preceptors and active mentorship capitalizes on ANCC Accreditation design and evidence-based practices.

The nurses at Northridge Hospital take pride in being a group of professionals who possess a personal sense of commitment and responsibility to provide care that facilitates health and healing. We embrace the concept that each patient and his/her family have a unique background and individual needs.

We are pleased to announce our upcoming Spring 2025 RN New Graduate Residency & RN Transition Fellowship Programs. The start date will be March 3, 2025.

Positions are limited and early application is encouraged.

Application period will be October 1 thru October 14 for the Spring 2025 program.
