Designated Emergency Heart Attack Center 

As one of the first designated Heart Attack Centers in Los Angeles County, we can rapidly treat a heart attack in progress. EMS ambulance crews will actually bypass hospitals without Cath Labs knowing that Northridge Hospital’s STEMI designation means an increased chance of survival.

Advanced Surgical Suite

We were one of the first hospitals in Southern California with the a Hybrid Bi-Plane Operating Room Suite. We are proud to offer this advanced operating room that allows doctors to implant, repair and perform complex minimally-invasive procedures on the spot. Now patients receive care quicker with less stress.

Curing Arrhythmias in Our EP Lab

Our dedicated Electrophysiology Laboratory (EP Lab) features the latest technology to treat a vast array of complex cardiac rhythm disturbances for patients with arrhythmias or abnormal heartbeats, without major surgery. In many cases, we can cure an arrhythmia permanently.

Chest Pain Center 

The Chest Pain Center ensures that patients who complain of chest pain undergo an electrocardiogram (EKG) within a few  minutes of arrival and obtain further diagnostic tests that either lead to discharge within 23-hours or interventional treatment if needed.
