Symptoms of Depression and Anxiety

Depression and anxiety can show up in different ways. You might experience some of these symptoms:

  • Feeling sad or anxious
  • Loss of interest in things that used to be fun
  • Feeling irritable, frustrated, or restless
  • Sleeping too much or too little
  • Eating too much or too little
  • Trouble concentrating
  • Feeling guilty or worthless
  • Thoughts about suicide or hurting yourself
