St. Bernardine Medical Center Appoints New Chief of Staff
“We are honored to have Dr. Lalezarzadeh take on this critical role at St. Bernardine Medical Center,” says SBMC President Douglas Kleam. “His medical knowledge and experience treating patients will help enhance existing programs and services for the residents in San Bernardino.”
Board certified in general surgery, Dr. Lalezarzadeh joined SBMC in 2010, and recently served as Vice Chief of the Medical Staff and Chair of Quality Improvement Committee. Dr. Lalezarzadeh is also an Associate Clinical Professor of Surgery at Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona.
“I look forward to working closely with the exceptional medical staff—each of whom is committed to providing compassionate and safe care,” says Dr. Lalezarzadeh. “I’m excited to build on the hospital’s successes and further its mission to serve the San Bernardino community.”
Dr. Lalezarzadeh is currently a member of American College of Physician Executives, Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons, American College of Surgeons, American College of Osteopathic Surgeons, and American Osteopathic Association.
