Annual Program Evaluation
Examine objectives, scope, performance and effectiveness of the Emergency Management Program.
St. Mary Medical Center’s Emergency Management Program includes an annual evaluation. It examines the objectives, scope, performance, and effectiveness of the Emergency Management Program. The report provides a balanced summary of the Emergency Management Program's performance over the preceding 12 months. Strengths are noted and deficiencies are evaluated to set goals for the next year or longer-term future.
The annual evaluation is presented to the EC Committee for review and approval. Actions and recommendations of the Committee are documented in the minutes. The annual evaluation is also distributed to the Chief Operating Officer, MEC and Quality Council Once the review is finalized, the Director of the Disaster Resource Center is responsible for implementing the recommendations in the report as part of the performance improvement process.
