Long Beach State Dirtbags Honor St Mary Employee
Kathy has been an emergency room nurse for 35 years. She coordinates trainings in disaster management for nearly a dozen hospitals from Catalina Island to Downey California. As Director of the Disaster Resource Center, Kathy runs large mass casualty multiagency drills. She is a certified HAZMAT Instructor and trains with all Long Beach Law Enforcement and Fire Departments. She is a dedicated safety instructor for the Long Beach Airport and the Border Protection Special Forces.
Additionally, Kathy is a Dirtbag. She and her husband, Chief Dave Dollarhide, were faculty at the CSULB EMT program, her daughter Kiely Crow is an alumnus and an Alpha Phi and her son Jeremy is a current CSULB student.
