We offer many services for both patients and visitors, to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Visitors may be asked to leave the facility for non-adherence with any of the visitation guidelines.
Visitor Hours:
7 a.m. – 6 p.m. Exceptions may be accommodated at the discretion of the Charge Nurse/Department Leader/House Supervisor.
Family members/support persons accompanying a patient receiving care or services in the facility should be permitted to utilize the designated visitor restrooms.
Face Mask Policy:
All visitors are required to wear a well-fitting surgical mask at all times, practice social distancing and wear other personal protective equipment (PPE) that the facility deems appropriate while in the facility.
COVID Policy for Visitations:

Visitor testing or request of proof of vaccination will no longer be required in order to visit patients in the facility, in alignment with the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) practice changes.
Visitors who are symptomatic or have tested positive for covid within 10 days of the positive result will not be permitted to visit.
Visitation for Covid-19 patients will be provided virtually, exceptions when death is imminent/active transitioning toward the end of life. Visitors will receive a visitation waiver acknowledgement form and PPE. One visitor per patient is permitted, rotation of visitors will be permitted, visitation may not exceed 30 minutes. The Charge Nurse or Primary RN has the discretion to discontinue visitation.
Patients who are staying overnight or for an extended period of time may have two inpatient visitors/support persons, if they are not in Covid isolation. Rotating of visitors shall be permitted and the Charge Nurse/Department Leader has the discretion to discontinue the visitation.
Outpatient services including procedural/surgery areas may have up to two persons accompany the patient.
Pediatric patients and patients with Physical, Intellectual, and/or Developmental Disabilities and Cognitive Impairments: One support person allowed to be present with the patient overnight. All support persons/visitors must remain in the room and be asymptomatic.
Children (14 years or younger) not receiving services in the facility must be accompanied by an adult.
Siblings from all age groups permitted in 3B/Postpartum area.

Photography and recording are prohibited without permission.
We value the privacy of our patients, visitors and staff. By law, we are required to put safeguards in place to protect all privacy. You may be asked to stop recording at the request of our hospital staff. Visual images solely for the personal use of the patient may be made by the patient or legal guardian in patient rooms at the discretion of the attending physician. However, hospital staff may not be included, unless the staff member has given his or her expressed permission.
